Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Aigen PackTrack service (“service”) provided by AI Generation Oy (“we”). They are accepted on behalf of the customer company (“customer”) by a person authorised to bind it. The data processing agreement forms part of these terms.
1. Provider
AI Generation Oy (Business ID 3365357-7, VAT ID FI33653577)
Selkämerenkatu 12 B 34, 00180 Helsinki
Email: contact@aigen.fi
2. Customers
The service is for businesses and other organisations (B2B) in Finland and other European Union member states. These terms do not form a consumer contract. Customers established in EU countries other than Finland must have a valid VAT ID verified by our payment provider Stripe.
A natural person acting as a business (for example a sole trader) may also use the service for their business. By accepting these terms the user confirms that they act on behalf of the customer company or organisation and not as a consumer.
For now the service is not sold to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) or to other countries outside the EU; only an EU country can be chosen as the billing country.
3. What the service does
The service prepares the customer's packaging data for its report to the producer organisation: file import, material suggestions, a packaging register, estimated 2026 light and detailed form fees, and an Excel or CSV preparation file. Rinki is a service company; the producer organisations are SPT and Sumi. Producer responsibility is supervised by the Finnish Supervisory Agency (LVV).
The service does not submit reports to the producer organisation or pay producer organisation fees on the customer's behalf. 2026 data and responsibility are reviewed separately for 1 January–11 August and 12 August–31 December.
4. Accounts and users
- The company owner manages company details, users, billing and company-wide data export and deletion.
- Logins are personal. Users must keep their credentials safe.
- We may block an account if we see signs of unauthorised use or use contrary to these terms.
5. Prices and payment
- Import, material suggestions and preview are free. Exporting the preparation file requires the annual plan: EUR 49 per company per year. There is no free trial.
- Prices exclude VAT. Finnish customers pay Finnish VAT (25.5 %). Customers established in other EU countries are invoiced under the reverse charge (0 % VAT) once Stripe has verified their VAT ID.
- The plan is paid a year in advance by card or another payment method offered by Stripe. Exports unlock once payment is confirmed. Invoices and receipts are issued by our payment provider Stripe.
- The plan renews automatically for one year at a time until cancelled.
- We announce price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. A change applies to an existing plan from its next renewal.
- If a payment fails, exports are locked until payment is made. Import, preparation, account details and data deletion remain available.
- Previously purchased one-shot grants remain valid for their reporting year; existing subscriptions are not automatically repriced.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The customer can cancel at any time in billing management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and exports remain available until then. A cancellation can be undone before the period ends.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: we refund the first subscription payment in full when the customer asks for it by email at contact@aigen.fi within 14 days of paying. The guarantee covers each customer company's first subscription, not renewals or later subscriptions of the same company. The refund goes to the original payment method; the subscription then ends and exports are locked, but imported and prepared data stays until the owner deletes it.
- The guarantee is a voluntary commitment. As the service is for businesses only, the consumer right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
- Otherwise payments are not refunded unless a charge was made in error or mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. The customer's responsibility for the report
The customer reviews materials, quantities, weights, reporting year, fee categories and producer responsibility before reporting. The fee comparison is an estimate with its limitations shown in the service; the producer organisation determines final fees. Packaging is recorded by its main material; only parts of another material that come off easily by hand are recorded on separate rows (Rinki's reporting instructions). The service content is not legal advice.
8. Automatic material suggestions and AI help chat
Material suggestions may be wrong or incomplete. The customer reviews them before export. We do not use customer content to train AI models.
The service may include an AI help chat that answers questions about using the service from the service's own help material. Its answers are general guidance, not legal advice, and may be wrong or incomplete; the customer remains responsible for its report under section 7. Using the chat is optional. The question is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer, as described in the privacy notice; no company, register, account or billing data is sent. Do not write personal data in your question. The service may limit the number of questions.
9. Customer data and intellectual property
- The customer owns the data it brings into the service.
- The software, content and fee-estimate rules belong to us or our licensors. The customer may use them in the service while the agreement is in force.
- We process personal data on the customer's behalf under the data processing agreement.
10. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, to circumvent its security, for unauthorised access, to disrupt the service or to distribute harmful content. Logins must not be sold or shared.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not promise a specific availability level. There may be maintenance breaks and disruptions, which we aim to fix without delay.
12. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the service in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, producer organisation fees or penalty payments. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
13. Termination and data deletion
- The owner can download the company's data in a machine-readable format and delete the company and its data on the Account page at any time. Deleting company data does not cancel the payment subscription; cancel it in billing management before deletion.
- After the plan ends, data stays in the service until the owner deletes it, and exports are locked.
- We may discontinue the service with at least 60 days' notice. We then refund payments for unused time.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Changes to these terms
We announce material changes in the service and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Until then the previous version applies; the new version can be accepted during the notice period. From the effective day, using the service requires accepting the new version in the service. If the customer does not accept a change, it may cancel before the change takes effect and receive a refund for unused time.
Changes that are not material, such as corrections, clarifications and changes in the customer's favour, may take effect immediately. All versions and their effective days are listed in section 18.
16. Governing law, disputes and language
Finnish law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved primarily by negotiation and finally in the Helsinki District Court. These terms are drafted in Finnish. They are also available in English and Swedish translations, which are for information; if the language versions conflict, the Finnish version prevails.

18. Change log
These terms, the privacy notice, the data processing agreement and the cookie page are released together under one version number.
- Version 1.2: published 19 October 2026, in force from 19 October 2026. Pre-launch correction of the privacy notice: the AI usage-limit counters (counts of questions and classifications per user and company) are stored in the database and deleted at the latest three days after their period ends, and with the account or the company's data. The service is hosted and its data stored on EU servers (Replit, Inc.).
- Version 1.0: published 17 October 2026, in force from 17 October 2026. First published version. Replaces the pre-launch drafts (2026-10-17-2…-4), which no customer accepted because the service had not been published. Read version 1.0
