VAT
Finnish companies pay Finnish VAT of 25.5 %: €49 + €12.50 = €61.50.
Companies in other EU countries are invoiced under the reverse charge (0 % VAT) once Stripe has verified their VAT ID. Outside Finland a VAT ID is required.
The plan is paid a year in advance and renews annually. You can cancel any time; exports work until the paid period ends.
Invoicing and VAT
What appears on the invoice?
The company's legal name, address and, where needed, VAT ID. You fill them in in the app before paying, and Stripe sends the receipt and invoice to the billing email.
How is VAT determined?
Finnish companies pay 25.5 % VAT. Companies in other EU countries are invoiced under the reverse charge (0 % VAT) once Stripe has verified their VAT ID. Without a verified VAT ID, purchases from outside Finland are not possible.
How do I pay?
By card or another payment method offered at Stripe Checkout. The plan is paid a year in advance and renews annually.
How do I cancel?
Any time in billing management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The first subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee (ask at contact@aigen.fi); otherwise payments are not refunded unless a charge was made in error.
Does every client company need its own plan?
Yes. The annual plan is per company, including an accountant's client companies.
